How do I know that executive coaching can help me or my organization?
Signs that executive coaching may suit you:
- You see a gap between what managers know they should do and what actually happens in the field (for example, experts promoted to management who keep doing their team’s work).
- You face a new challenge or a significant career change.
- Your organization is going through complex change processes that require a new kind of leadership.
- You feel burnout or an imbalance between professional and personal life.
- You are looking for ways to develop the managers in your organization as part of a growth strategy.
Is the coaching face-to-face or on Zoom?
I offer full flexibility: coaching over Zoom or in face-to-face meetings in central Israel, according to your preference.
How will I know that such a process will really help me?
If you feel you have hit a certain ceiling, in your role, in your performance or in your ability to lead, a focused external process can reveal new angles, restore a sense of control and create clarity about what is stuck.
I tried consulting or coaching before and it didn’t work. Why would this time be different?
Most processes fail not because of the person, but because of a mismatch in approach, pace or goals. My method combines logic with emotional intelligence, human depth with business sharpness. We start with a conversation to check fit, with no commitment.

I don’t have time for this right now. Maybe later.
Precisely when there is no time, it is time. Coaching doesn’t take time, it gives back control. Clients report that it saves them energy, hesitation and unnecessary busywork.
We already have a management course in the organization. Why do we need your group program?
The course gives tools and knowledge. This program is the layer of practice and continuity between sessions that makes sure the tools turn into behavior in the field.
Our managers are too busy for a long process.
That is why the sessions are 90 minutes long (weekly or bi-weekly) and deal only with the real dilemmas from their week at work, so the session saves them the time they would spend on firefighting and escalations.
Why a group program for managers and not 1:1 coaching for each?
Personal coaching suits senior executives. For a layer of managers and team leads, a group offers learning from peers and a shared organizational language at a lower cost per head than personal coaching.
How do you make sure the change stays after the program ends?
Every program has a built-in mechanism that transfers ownership to the organization: we train internal facilitators from among the group’s graduates to lead independent peer consultation sessions (Intervision) using exactly the same protocol, with my quarterly follow-up.
I’m already an experienced manager. What is there left to renew for me?
You have knowledge, but life changes. The role changes. My coaching is not meant to teach you “how to manage,” but to reflect, to sharpen, and to bring you back to an inner, authentic point of strength that fits who you are today.
What does the organization get if I go through a personal process?
A change in the manager changes the whole system: the pace of decision-making, effectiveness, team leadership, trust. What is clear to you becomes clear to others too.
How will we know that the process you offer in the organization really works?
I work with a structured process that includes measurable stages. We have opening metrics, milestones, feedback and ongoing follow-up, so that both HR and management know what is happening along the way, not only at the end.
Are you suited to work in defense or public organizations?
Absolutely. I have experience working with defense, institutional and technology bodies. I know how to adapt the process to the level of information security, the organizational culture and the actual constraints.
